Studio Sessions
Elegant modern pet portraits are our specialty at the Heart Spot studio. Your pet’s true beauty will shine when posed and lit ideally for their coloring as well as your home decor.
- A nominal creative fee of $100 for in studio sessions covers time for preparation, photography, editing & presentation.
- A typical pet only session lasts about an hour.
- Final presentations will usually have 20 images for single subjects and 30 - 40 for two pets or a family.
- Recommended minimum product investment is $500, average client investment is $850.
Location Sessions
We understand that some pets just aren’t comfortable outside their own homes. Car rides and new places can be stressful. For those situations, we can bring the studio to you! Our traveling gear allows us to create the portrait experience right in your living room. Or perhaps you want the look of the great outdoors in the artwork with your family and pets.... whether in your yard, another private location, or public space, we can capture the moment exactly as envisioned.
- Location sessions begin at $200 actual price will be determined by travel distance, number of subjects, session length, and any permit needs for location.
- A typical pet only session lasts about an hour and a half
Best Friend Forever Sessions
While we are there for our pets for their entire lives, they are only with us for part of ours. We offer a special “Best Friends Forever” session for elderly or ill pets that have a limited time left with us. This special session is designed to capture the love and bond you have together in images that will remain a treasured keepsake of the time you have shared.
- Best Friend Forever Sessions are $500 and include a tribute album
- You have the choice of home or studio location
- These sessions are considered priority sessions.
- Images are edited and presented within 48 hours.
Watch Me Grow Sessions
Do you have a new fur baby in your family? Book your Watch Me Grow Series ASAP! We start with portraits in studio as young as possible, then schedule follow up appointments over their first year to capture their amazing growth during this rapidly changing life time. We also offer special packages for breeders wanting adorable early photos of the entire litter together and individually.
- Package starts at $1200
- includes 4-6 studio sessions & 1st Birthday "Cake Smash" session
- 5x7 Print from each session
- Choice of wall art composite or "Baby Book" album.
Seasons of Love Sessions
This package captures a pet or family over the course of a year, once each season. We will do 4 sessions to capture a full spectrum of images then use them to create a beautiful album you will cherish for years to come. Additional sessions can be added for a $50 creative fee.

Commercial Photography & Graphic Design
Why pay for basic stock photography when Heart Spot can create the exact images you want to present to your existing and potential customers. We offer studio and location services for photos of your business, products, staff, and customer interaction, whether your business is pet related or not. From product photos for print and website to other advertising needs including head shots and group photos of your employees to business cards and promo pieces.
- Commercial work starts at $175
- Hourly, 1/2 day & daily rates available
- No job to big or small!
Theme Sessions
3 -4 times a year we host theme sessions. These are limited edition sessions held on specific days with special pricing and products. Theme sessions take approximately 20 minutes and images are taken on the theme scene only.
- Theme Sessions start at $175
- Past Themes include: Fall Leaves, Flower Cart, Santa Paws
- Most Theme Sessions help support a local pet charity. - If you are a rescue and looking for a fundraising event I would be happy to collaborate with you!

We offer a variety of choices from mini press books that fit in a purse, fine art paper bound in a leather portfolio for a non-traditional look, to heirloom albums with an acrylic photo and embossed leather cover that will last many generations.

Heart Spot offers more than just wall art & albums. If you are looking for a present for a special pet lover in your life, why not consider a gift certificate for a session or an elegant jewelry piece featuring their best friend. Image Jewelry is available in sterling silver and antique pewter finishes. Many styles from necklaces, earrings, charm bracelets and rings are available.
We can create a fun and unique gift item with a favorite image on coffee mugs, cell phone cases, mouse pads, glass keepsake ornaments, acrylic statuettes, textiles and more. Some items are limited specifically for our seasonal theme sessions. If you are looking for a particular item, let us know!
Cards & Graphics
We offer a wide array of customizable cards for holidays, party invitations, or just because.
