Studio Sessions

At Heart Spot studio, we specialize in creating elegant and modern pet portraits that capture the true beauty of your beloved animal. By carefully posing and lighting your pet to complement their natural coloring and your home decor, we ensure that their unique charm shines through in every photograph.


Our studio sessions are subject to a nominal creative fee of $100-$150, which covers the time and effort put into the preparation, photography, editing, and presentation. A typical pet-only session typically lasts around an hour, resulting in a final presentation of 20-30 images for single subjects and 40 - 50 images for two pets or a family.


To create lasting memories of your pet, we recommend a minimum artwork investment of $300, with the average client typically investing $800 and up.

Family Sessions

Our beloved pets are an essential part of the family and deserve to be included in your family portrait. Whether you seek a fun or formal setting, we specialize in capturing and creating everything from beautiful wall art to custom holiday greeting cards.

LOCATION SESSIONS

We understand that some pets just aren’t comfortable outside their own homes. Car rides and new places can be stressful. For those situations, we can bring the studio to you! Our traveling gear allows us to create the portrait experience right in your living room.


Or perhaps you want the look of the great outdoors in the artwork with your family and pets.... whether in your yard, another private location, or public space, we can capture the moment exactly as envisioned.


Location sessions start at $200, with the final price dependent on factors such as travel distance, number of subjects, session duration, and any necessary permits for the location. A typical pet-only session typically lasts around an hour and a half.

WATCH ME GROW SESSIONS

Do you have a new fur baby in your family? Book your Watch Me Grow Series ASAP! We start with portraits in studio as young as possible, then schedule follow up appointments over their first year to capture their amazing growth during this rapidly changing life time. We also offer special packages for breeders wanting adorable early photos of the entire litter together and individually.

Best Friend Forever Sessions

While we are devoted to our pets throughout their lives, they will only be by our side for a fleeting part of ours.


That's why we offer a special "Best Friends Forever" session tailored for elderly or ill pets who have limited time left with us. This unique session is crafted to capture the enduring love and bond you share in timeless images that will serve as cherished mementos of your time together.


The Best Friend Forever Sessions are priced at $500 and include the session fee, a keepsake frame with a clay pawprint, and a 8x8 tribute album.


You have the option to choose between your home or the studio for the session. These sessions are given top priority, and the presentation appointment is usually scheduled within 3 days.

THEME SESSIONS & POP-UP EVENTS

Throughout the year, our studio hosts exclusive theme sessions, providing clients with limited edition photo opportunities at special pricing. These sessions last approximately 15-20 minutes and focus solely on capturing images within the themed setting. Past themes have included "Fall Frame" and "Santa Paws," with sessions starting at $175.


In addition to studio sessions, we also offer theme Pop-Up sessions at various locations such as pet events, pet stores, and rescue events. These Pop-Up sessions often support local pet charities, and we are open to collaborating with rescues for fundraising events. Seasons of Love Sessions

This package encapsulates the essence of your pet or family throughout the year, with a session held in each season. We will conduct 4 sessions to capture a comprehensive range of images, which will be used to create a stunning calendar or album that you will treasure for years to come.


For an additional fee of $50 each, more sessions can be added to further enhance your collection.


Seasons of Love Sessions start at $800 and include:

- 4 studio sessions

- 5x7 mounted print from each session

- 8x8 12 page velvet touch album or custom 12 month calendar

We provide studio and on-location services for capturing images of your business, products, staff, and customer interactions, regardless of whether your business is pet-related or not.


From product photos for print and websites to other advertising requirements, including headshots and group photos of your employees, as well as business cards and promotional materials.
